The Board of Members

1. Members of The Catholic Foundation of Southwestern Michigan shall be:
   -The Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalamazoo, and each appointed successor individual to such position, or any lawful administrator of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalamazoo, in accord with canons 413 and 419-421, during any vacancy in such office, shall serve as a voting Member;
   -The Vicar General of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalamazoo, and each appointed successor individual to such position, shall serve as a voting Member;
   -The Chief Financial Officer of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalamazoo, and each appointed successor individual to such position, shall serve as a voting Member; and
   -The Chair of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, and each elected successor individual to such a position, shall serve as a voting Member.

Board of Directors

Composed of Catholic lay leaders and priests across the diocese in the fields of financial and investment planning, attorneys, as well as from the presbyterate, the Boards of Directors provides guidance, support, and feedback to Executive Director and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Foundation.

Staff

The day to day activities of the Foundation are carried out by the staff of the Foundation who manages all aspects of operating the Foundation.
